By accessing or using Europajoob ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Europajoob.
2. Description of service
Europajoob is a free, informational job-matching platform. We provide:
• A catalogue of job listings sourced from official employer career portals and authorised job APIs. • An AI-assisted matching tool that suggests relevant jobs based on the profile you submit. • A CV-generation tool for personal use.
Europajoob is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or staffing firm. We do not enter into any employment relationship on your behalf, and we make no guarantee that using the Platform will result in employment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your country of residence.
4. User responsibilities
When using the Platform you agree to:
• Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile and any contact forms. • Use the Platform solely for lawful job-search purposes. • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures, scrape content, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform. • Not submit false or misleading information to employers. • Not use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these responsibilities.
5. Job listings and third-party sites
Job listings on Europajoob link to third-party employer websites. We verify that these URLs are live at the time of publication and re-verify them monthly. However:
• We do not control the content of employer career pages. • We are not responsible for changes employers make to their job requirements, salaries, or hiring decisions. • Clicking "Apply on Official Site" redirects you to a third-party site governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy. • The inclusion of a listing does not constitute an endorsement of the employer.
6. CV and profile data
The CV generated through Europajoob is for your personal use only. You retain full ownership of the information you submit. We do not share your CV data with employers or third parties without your explicit action (e.g., you choose to download and submit it yourself). Profile data is stored in your browser session and is not retained on our servers once your session ends.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including text, design, code, and the Europajoob name and logo — is the property of Europajoob and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display the profile information you submit solely for the purpose of generating your job matches and CV within your session.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
• Job listings are complete, accurate, or current at any given moment. • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • Any particular job will be available or that you will receive an offer of employment.
Your use of the Platform and any reliance on its content is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Europajoob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reliance on job listings.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to the Platform or these Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you are located in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply in full.
